In late 2017, James identified the historic Bradley Park Hotel as a property in need of major renovation. He approached the seller directly through mutual connections and met with him to facilitate a sale. Six months later, the property had been purchased by a national real estate investment and development firm, New England Development, who specialize in the redevelopment of historic real estate assets. This sale occurred without James or any other broker possessing a listing on the hotel. The property sold in May of 2018 for $15,375,000, which is the largest real estate transaction James has brokered from then until present.
